WOW! What a difference in setting!! Much more friendly and welcoming atmosphere than at St Luke's, am really glad they branched off on their own. Dr Greenhalgh, he is definitely an "old style" Dr that takes the time to talk to you, listen to what you have to say, and truly shows he cares. My first visit to MV Urology was fabulous! The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist remembered me from our phone conversation. The nurse/assistant was super friendly and caring. Very quiet place, once you get back in the room the nurse or assistants are truly amazing . Then the doctor comes in and wow. Dr. Fahim Rahim is so down to earth and brilliant..Our secound visit was with Amanda Prestigiacomo ( nurse practitioner ) all i can say .. they treat you like they have known you for years , very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they talk to you in a manner that you can understand!!! ...Highly recommend

The nurses were helpful in filling out the paperwork, it was a pleasure to interact with them. Dr. Hancock took his time explaining to me the details of my procedure. I felt relaxed as Dr. Hancock explained the pros and cons of what I may experience. I left the consultation feeling confident toward the probabilities of success.

I’m always nervous going to a doctor, especially a urologist, but started feeling relaxed quickly. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were courteous, friendly, and had happy smiles. Super pubic monthly catheter extraction and replacement was quick but not without anxt as I had not experienced it prior to……having two rubber balls to squeeze would have been more settling . Dr Greenhaugh and his attending medical professional Jennifer were propreceptively skilled and calming for such an invent…..
