- Testosterone is the male hormone that is required for male sexual development and fertility. Testosterone performs a myriad of other functions in male health, including bone and muscle growth, sexual health and interest, and mood stability.
- As men age, testosterone levels decline. This is normal. Some men experience symptoms of a declining testosterone and may benefit from supplementation of testosterone.
